Hello and welcome ~ I'm Mandy. I was diagnosed with SAD 5 years ago, but I've always been quiet, introverted, and scared :O I've made some improvement through therapy and meds, but have felt myself going back downhill lately. Work has been a real struggle in the past year, and now I'm pretty much broke and in major debt. I live alone, and now mostly work alone... I spend way more time than is healthy by myself.
So, I'm basically here to talk with people who have the same difficulties as me, and learn how to just plain talk to people, while being true to myself. And get to know what it's like for others with SA.
If this is your first time visiting my page, please feel free to leave a comment or a message!

At Your Best: You are deeply giving, altruistic, and humble. You devote your life to others while caring for yourself too.
At Your Worst: You are manipulative and enjoy making other people guilty.
Your Fixation: Rejection
Your Primary Fear: Being unworthy of love
Your Primary Desire: To be loved unconditionally
Other Number 2's: Mother Teresa, John Travolta, Princess Diana, Dr. Phil, and Mr. Rogers.
Love music, love it love it love it! I like to play around on my keyboard, watch movies, read books, and look at beautiful things. Love traveling, though I haven't been many places, in part due to finances, but probably more so due to SA. But I CAN say I've been to Mexico (yay!). I also like to write.
hey Mandy :) How are you? I actually went out tonight and I am just getting back home. I haven't done anything social in like 2 months. lol I'm such a recluse :( But I felt really comfortable and confident most of the time out there. I usually do actually it's just odd I have a hard time forming relationships. It's just wierd because I'm not used to dealing with social things. And when I see other people with "normal" social lives I tend to question myself about like why I don't have a girlfriend or why this why that...:( Oh well. Yeah I'm exactly like that too! lol I handle things so slowly because everything has too be perfect before I move on. It's frustrating sometimes but it can be a strength because when you actually finish something its like close to perfect. lol I think your right about school too! Thankfully I'm done for the semester..but I haven't gotten any grades back yet. So I'm still in that state of anticipatory stress. lol I hope you are doing well Mandy. You have a greaat weekend. I hope to talk to you soon! :D
