hey man, its been a really long time. I was just wondering how all the real estate stuff is going for you. If I remember right, you work with a real estate agency right? Just curious how all this crazy housing loan stuff has effected you. You know, I'd have to imagine that prices are going to dip low enough at some point to where first time home buyers will be very tempted. That really should start to stabilize things. I suppose they're really the ones who are the highest risk to lenders though so I'm sure it'll be a really slow process. Anyways. hehe. Just wondering how you're doing man. Take it easy.
