Di dear, thanks so much for your encouraging and supportive words. I ended up walking much longer than I had planned, and even went for a walk by myself the next day. I desperately want to overcome my SA and agoraphobic tendencies, and it seems I'm making some progress. Later on today I start my classes and while I'm terribly nervous I think I should be fine. I'm trying to stay upbeat and positive about it all so let's hope I survive the panic.
I hope all is well with the computer dramas you've been facing lately. I hope to catch up with you soon and hear about your days! You take good care of yourself till then!

LOL!! I was going to say oh good...you've written a book...I'll need to read it...then I realised you were talking about the message..haha! It was GREAT to get a 'book' from you!! How did you feel being in the city?? Do you think your sa has changed at all since being on here?
Between here, the duloxetine, and the steve pavlina website I've felt overall LOADS better since I first started on here...(touch wood...) iF yourself AND Several OTHERS HADN'T BEEN SO WELCOMING WHEN I FIRST CAME ON,I doubt VERY much if things would have been the same...I owe SO MUCH to you all!! THANKYOU!! (woooops..getting all 'emulsional' here...LOL!) I DO APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH!!! (and make a point of folowing your examples and being friendly and welcoming when I realise others are new on the site too!! Something I would've been too 'shy' to do before!!!)

I don't know about Pat either, I was trying to find out for skylark, who was upset to find that when Pat left, her message she'd sent her with her email in it went too...ALL messages got erased! I HOPE .like you said ..it's for a 'good' reason. That'd be great!!!

That's ok, I understand. My yahoo is the same, opens on auto. Things are likewise on my end, my fiance and I share this laptop...I think I might need to take it (yahoo) off auto though so there's no confusion since he's been spending more time using the comp as of late.
Hope your comp gets fixed soon, I would have thrown it at a wall already! I really shouldn't give up so easily should I? lol.
