My allergies have been bothering me. I get terrible post nasel drip which is bad when I lay down. So I started to take Benadryl allergy relief at night. It puts me to sleep, but makes me have very vivid dreams. Then the next morning I have a terrible hangover from it. I can't hardly get my balance when I get out of bed, and my head is cloudy. The cloudiness lasts all day. I am taking 25 mg. A lady at work gave me one childrens benadryl which is lower dose. So I think I will try that one out to see how it goes.
