Tomorrow, I have to report for jury duty. I am bringing my doctor's letter saying that I am medically unfit to serve on a jury. Hopefully, I will be dismissed.

This has come at a very bad time. At my job, we are very short of staff. One of my co-workers passed away two months ago due to lung cancer. Another co-worker has been out of work for one year; first she had knee surgery and then hip surgery. Another co-worker's mother passed away yesterday.
