As some of you may already know, I had a doctor's appointment earlier today for my SA for the 1st time. Btw, I only knew about SA for a week now and I'm already getting help so yay for me :).

We arrive there, mom and I, and I'm already feeling anxious. Then there's the waiting room. Feels like I'm going to pass out but fortuantely, I don't. We get called up and follow into Dr. Green's room. Now she asks me, "What brings you here today." So my mom answers(thank god) and says that I may have SA. The doctor responds with a sense of understanding that makes me feel better about the situation. I tell her about y'know, loss in social interest and other things in particular. So she says that it would be good to go to a psychaiatrist. My mom seems comfortable the whole time and that also brings me up. We all agree, and Dr. Green gives her a recommended psychaitrist. After that I felt better and it was time to go :). 

So now my mom is going to call the psychaiatrist right away.
