As for the phone thing...yes Caller ID is a wonderful invention LOL. Don't know what I would do if it didn't exist...I have to mentally prepare to make calls as well. I just hate that when I hear it ring, I get tense and my heart races...I feel silly :P

I just got to say I have trouble with phones as well, especially answering, making phone calls not as bad (but still makes my heart race) Whenever I hear the phone ring I just about burst a blood vessel..(ok more like I curse and run away) lol Anyway my roommate thinks its hilarious...I think its a pain in the arse.
