Hey Nick,
How's you doing?
I'm feeling really upbeat at the moment (Touch wood..Don't want to tempt fate!!) I'm not sure if it's the meds kicking in, or being on here, and all the 'socialising' ... it's as if it's helping me take it out into the 'outside' too..I'm not finding it QUITE as hard to go into the garden, or to walk down the street without worrying if anyone is looking at me. I think it's maybe because my minds more full of positive things and some hope just now, which wasn't there before, and I had too few things to think about, so I looked about and thought everybody could tell how much of a failure I was...panic..
I've even travelled 50 miles alone by buses and trains to visit my mum, and stayed for a week and helped her out. (3x I've done this over the past month or two now!) AND found I ENJOYED it SOOOO much!!! (it was a surprise!!)
I haven't found out much about the linden method yet, I'm sorry. I've been too busy chatting and travelling!! If I feel I need something new it'll be the first thing I try, as it's worked for you!!! Have you been able/needed to listen to the cd's yet?
