I had been struggling with anxiety since 2001.
The word Anxiety never entered my vocabulary.
I was on my way to doing what I should have been doing. I finally was making something out of my life.
Until something decided to take that all away. And that’s when the darkest days and years of my life begin. I was alone. I was sick and then the anxiety started.
Begin upsetting my friends for not being able to outside without feeling like im about to lose my mind.
It’s only until last year I begin to slowly rebuild myself.
