fakes, users, mean spirited people, poor me people, and although I do not have the confidence I would like to have, a major turn off for me is those who complain yet do nothing. quitters, and my biggest turn-off is arguing. I'm really bad at it anyway. discrimination bothers me horribly, and on a lighter side, I hate putting on socks that I just took off. I usually get a fresh clean pair. Yeah I know, what a goober.

I am 47 years old, and have been married for 28 years, and have suffered with social anxiety for 27 years. I was an industrial electrician for 23 years until I got hurt. I checked myself into a mental hospital about 15 years ago, only to find out that I was a pretty normal guy. However, I have managed to raise 3 wonderful children, and even coached all their sports teams. Since I became disabled (back issues) the anxiety has gotten much worse, and I thought a nice group setting would help me begin to heal or at least manage myself better than I am now.
Social anxiety is so cruel, but even after battling it for 27 years, I somehow believe I will beat it. I have functioned quite well for someone with this condition, and it does kinda whoop me at times, but I get up and keep pluggin' away.(most of the time)
