The correction in this real estate market has really got me thinking about buying a house instead of renting. It seems like I should be able to get a relatively good value. I have to figure out where I want to live first though.

The stock market really isn't all that difficult to invest in. I'm sure if you took the time to learn about it you would do great. Especialy at times like now when things are so good. I really got interested in all this stuff becasue I knew I wouldn't like my career. So I'm just looking to pool a lot of little sources of income together so maybe I eventually won't have to work at a traditional job. Hence my schemes. I'm always on the lookout for a new way to make myself more financially secure and self employed at the same time.

Anyways, it's good talking to you man. Hope everything works out.

Hey Dude,

Man I hate it when that happens,

I know what you mean it's hard to stay positive the world around us is so full of energy draining negativity.

I've stopped watching the news, not because I don't want to know what's going on in the world, I just don't want to know what the media considers I should know.

Yea, I've been thinking about that a lot lately, life is in essence what you make it I guess. I feel a bit pissed off that for so long I've missed opportunities and adventures, experiences due to this SA.

But I'll never give up like you say, it's all down to self belief and belief is one of the most powerful things one can have. If you believe you can do something you usually can.

It's kind of weird at the moment it's like I'm discovering myself all over again.

That sounds like a cool idea, we should talk via message, I have another idea that may be worth a try, and it kind of involves lighting to an extent too.

You should let that get in your way, like I have so many times. My dad suggested I create a website years ago kind of similar to friends reunited, before social networking sites had really materialised. I dismissed it at the time, and thought yea right. To my annoyance, they then popped up everywhere.

He also had an idea related to GPS tracking devices for kids, so parents could always know where there kids were. Kind of a good thing in this immoral world we live in. I dismissed that idea too then a company started producing them. I could have kicked myself.

I also had an idea related to home security systems and remote notification via mobile phone if you house got broken into. I know that's not overly new but it was at the time and know companies are making them.

I think what I've learned is that any idea is worth pursuing, you have to be quick before someone else taps into you conscience and has a similar one.

Are they films where would I find them (Gonna check the library see if they got them).

Sounds interesting, I'm into science anyway. I'm going to see what they are about, Thanks dude.

Yea I am going to stick at the martial arts, I went again on Wednesday and this time got to meet the master, I was kind of nervous but she seems really nice, I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of her she's a 5th Dan in Hanmudu and a 2nd Dan in Tai Kwon Do.

She showed me some techniques your not meant to learn until green belt, like Bong (which is stick) and some wrist locking techniques, I just wish I'd done this years ago, if it wasn't for this SA crap.

It does feel awesome, doesn't it?

What happened to your legs anyway? You don't have to see if its personal.

I haven't really been following Wimbledon, Henman got knocked out I think and I saw Venus Williams play.

I should of really I used to like tennis at school, I just wasn't that good. LOL.

I hope the career gets sorted out and you get what you need for your tests.

I'm sure things will fall into place you sound very motivated and determined to succeed at whatever you choose to do.

You sound like me, I hate having to do things like exams a second time I hope you do pass first time, and hey man I know you will.

Yea, I will, we move premises on Tuesday so I haven't got another class until Wednesday and today they are grading.

I intend to pass the exam first time round. The next step will be getting certified in the industry.

LOL, I wouldn't do that.

You too mate,

Karma

Its hardly a real estate empire. :) One of my friends recently bought a house and is renting it out. That kind of sparked my interest and I started researching the idea a lot. It seems like It doesn't really pay off all that well at first, but once you get more of the mortgage paid off it starts being really lucrative. I've recently gotten back into investing in the stock market though and I've had quite a run the past couple of months. So it's kind of been pushed to the back of my mind. But I will do it.

The whole industry is so time sensitive though. And the thing that wories me the most about real estate is that its not very liquid. But I do agree that you can make some big money in it. Multi unit apartment owners must rake it in. It has to be a ton of work though. Same with commercial real estate.

It sounds like you want to get into developing property though? Is that right? How is the appraisal business? Do you like it? It seems like it would be a really great job and a good way to learn all the little secrets of the industry.

Anyways, take it easy.

Sorry, man.

Nah, I save it up. I have already used five days. :(

I rarely take more than one day off at a time unless it is at the end of the year.

Wow - $12/day. In Federal court (downtown Cincinnati - next to Fountain Square, with the fountain made famous on WKRP!), I was paid gas .48/mi, $8 for parking, and I think $60/day or something like that. I ended up getting $87 for each of two days. I am not self-employed, I have to go. Hopefully, I won't get picked for county. I will still need to call in for it, or I could be hurt.

I don't think I'll be making that kind of dough with County. They sent a letter at the same time as Federal - I originally thought I was being warned to respond. I think they backed off knowing that I was on Fed. in May. I don't know - it is just too creepy to have this going on.

Thanks for the weather analysis...LOL. I like autumn best when it is in between the cold and hot. Is that too much to ask for?

Yea I know what your saying I've done it for soo long.

I used to do that too, any excuse, (I just couldn't bare the feelings), what made it worse is I knew I wouldn't enjoy it cus I was soo anxious.

I would love to work for myself, I just don't know what to do. I have an idea I know its commercialy viable, yet I don't persue it. I don't know if its due to lack of time, uncertainty or what, I do know that I have had similar ideas in the past only to see a year or so down the line someone else doing what I thought wouldn't work. I think its self belief holding me back...

Yea the CBT is going good, I'm reading lots of books at the mo. One in particular about Brain Washing, I know title doesn't do it justice but it explains the science behind the brain(NeuroScience)

as well as belief systems cults, politics and what has become clear is that we can change all this learnt and unwanted behaviour, for more positive ones which fit with what we really are, if only SA would let us.

So don't avoid, DO. the more you Do, the easier and, more re-inforced positive non- avoident ones will become.

On another note I went to my first martial arts lesson today, man I was nervious. But I came away feeling energized and proud of myself for doing it (OK a little worn out, the smoking is showing)

But I'm gonna stick at it, I think I've found something I've been searching for, for a long time. A direction.

I'm soo knacked, I had to sit down after 20 minutes with sweat pouring off me. LOL

Teach me to say "Yea I did some Karate"....

You been following wimbledon?

Its been a wash out aint it?

I used to love tennis at school, was real hard, though, compared to Badmington.

You should get back into it mate.

Hey whats up with your legs?

Yea I've always had goals in life, after Uni, and job I was in a long relationship and I just didn't know what was left for me. That and when SA hit, I just gave up I guess.

Good luck on your state exam dude.

Don't put off things anymore, I've done it for the last 7 years. It aint good. (You can't do it forever and then you realise its too late).

I will man, 2years and 6 months. I hope you willing to wait for that pic?

Peace,
Karma

I am not sure it is. I would have to look for a cgi-bin directory. The stuff I could learn if it were true!

My CGI script reads a number from a file, increments it, stores the new number in the same file and then prints out the number! It works standalone, but embedded in HTML, it doesn't work :(.

You are a quoting style master as of now!!! Kudos amigo for your programming skills. All you have to do now is travel to the lonely beaches of Mexico. :--))

ahh, if I only had the vacation days to spend. :(
Get this - I did Federal Jury Duty in May and now I may have to do duty for my County (Warren)! grrrr

I have to call them on Friday the 13th!

Geez....can you believe that? Right in front of my face the whole time!

I am also having trouble with trying to get an SHTML page to execute a CGI script for a simple site page counter. The server at work may have changed in the last five years.

We are OK here as our corn, wheat and soybean supply is positive. What are you and your struggling neighbors going to do about this deathly drought in your neighborhood?

**I don't know how you get the quotes on here :(.  Our corn crop actually looks pretty good if you go from Dayton north.  The wet spring helped out.  The only problem is the fruit and hay.  I have heard of some hay thefts, which is not cool. :(

Do you expect to die a young man due to your areas lack of needed water? I hope you are able to find access to the needed water in the near future. The masses in your area are being taught in gradual process that you will design some form of water recycling sytem. You are the only person who can keep the masses alive before human sewage attempts to overtake all other options.

It's not that bad yet.  We still have drinking water and all.  I just don't want to waste it on the lawn if it has gone dormant for the summer.  I had a flowering bush come out of dormancy after I watered it by hand pretty good.  I have my two plants I also take care of by hand.

I will survive, Shiznit! :)

Hmmm...that's a toughie! I hate heat and humidity just as much as rain and gloominess (maybe even moreso).
