No, I'm not from Scranton, I just have a friend who lives there, so I was just wondering. I don't think she really likes living there though. But yes, we can still be friends, phew.
We have 0.01" of rain for the month of October, and only 1.86" for September!
My lake where I hang out at the beach is down about six feet. In some places, there is no sand where the water meets anymore. It's an area of mud! yuck! And it smelled, too! I stayed away from that area. Just going out in the sun like that in October is something I have never done before! That warm so late. It should be our first freeze pretty soon - not likely to happen for a while at this rate!
Anyway, you wore flip flops in the rain. They became spongy, right? I wore shorts yesterday and it got up to 56F.
Salmon is awesome. Glue in spray cans is not. Having an apartment is better than sleeping in a cot!
Well, we had a very unusual summer here in Ohio. We have a bad drought (three months behind in rainfall), Cincinnati hit 100F five times in August (warmest August on record), and the airport hit 90F this past weekend for the first time in October. I loved it!
I think it is safe to call yourself a veteran now! :D
