Lol :) no my actual real name is Gracindo Jose Pereira but everyone calls me by my nick name Jason (long story) So I'm known as Jason Pereira by everyone I know and they think my middle initial J (for Jose...with an accent ont he e) stands for Jason when its just really a name one teacher in Toronto picked out for me cause she could not pronounce my Portuguese name lol :)
Hi :) If you can't find a good CBT therapist near you then get the next best thing. Get this CBT book called The Feeling Good Book; New Mood Therapy. Its what my therapist asked me to read and find out how to use CBT. The book will teach you how to do daily "Thought Charts" a major important part of CBT. Most people get the book, read through it and don't do the exercises but its the daily thought chart exercises that make a big difference. I would read the book then try out the written exercises very gradually. Its what I call a pocket therapist and you can buy it at most used book stores or from abebooks.com or from Chapters etc. I know the book talks more about depression but CBT for SA is the same exact thing and it can be adapted for just about any anxiety dissorder or for any problem for that matter. :) The doctor who wrote that book is a genious if you ask me.
So I was watching a movie yesterday and this woman reminded me of someone, I couldn't think who. I am not saying you're twins but you could at least be cousins. Her name is Olivia Williams. I had orginally though I had seen her in one of the James Bonds movies haha, but I was wrong. I remembered I had commented on pictures, and it was one of your pictures I commented on that reminded me of her. Of course the best picture I could find of her she looks pissed, she looks prettier to me when she's in motion acting. The movie I saw her in was called The Postman. Wasn't the greatest movie, wasn't the worse. Anyhow...Feel free to delete this if you'd like as it may come of a bit creepy hahaha.
