Hi Antipop, I noticed you left a comment about feeding stray cats. I've had a habit of doing that for a few years now; that's where my cat came from. They come and go and then I worry if I haven't seen them for a while. Pathetic that I've become the Crazy Cat Man. Hope you're doing okay.
Hi again. Thanks for your comment. My cat, Maurice is a stray who I adopted. Luckily he doesn't seem to have any hunting instincts and just wants to sit on my lap being stroked all the time. How are your friends the strays? They sound lovely(apart from thair rabbit-killing antics) Hope you're having a good weekend. I've been doing a bit of gardening while trying to dodge the neighbours in case they ask me if I've got a job yet- they never seem to give up and of course it's hard to explain the reason why I haven't got one as s.a. isn't the most well-understood condition. Oh well. Anyway, bye for now.
Only just finished the 8th episode in England. It's funny how the company name is called Dharma, in hindu text Dharma means 'one's duty', probably something to do with the show that we'll find out later on. But it's also funny that my background pic is the exact point in the Indian religious history where the word Dharma was used for the first time and explained to the soldier on the right. Weird huh?
Hello Matt, it sounds like my life is a lot like yours, I guess unfortunately for both of us. All I have is my part-time job from home because the thought of a job interview terrifies me. I can relate to just about everything you've said. Just thought I'd let you know you're not the only one.
Saw your avatar and couldn't help myself, love the show although it is really starting to piss me off recently telling one story then skipping it halfway and starting a new one. At the moment the focus is on the vessel where as I'm still thinking of that stupid giant foot. How are you by the way?
Hi Matt. I read your blog about the guitar shop and could really relate to it. I had a very similar experience in a computer shop recently when the man at the till wandered off for an eternity and I was left feeling really exposed, not knowing where to look. I know how you feel about work too- my s.a. makes it impossible to function when more than one or two people are about so I haven't worked for ages. Anyway, good luck and take care
You'll like it here. It's wonderful to be able to contact others who understand what you're going through. I've only been a member for about a week and now I wonder how I went for so long without people that understood! Welcome to SAF!!!
