Hello StPat:) I suppose "being active" can help people cope with their mental conditions. Would you say that the weight lifting and the martial arts has been beneficial in that regard? I wish I had the energy for exercise, but I certainly do have the time for it. I hope you keep it up(the exercising)because it can encourage others(such as myself)to get off that couch and break a sweat!! And I think reading is cool too(I'm currently reading the Silver Chair of The Chronicles of Narnia series by C.S. Lewis and random information online).
Btw, Thai Boxing and Jujitsu looks so awesome(well from what I've seen in games and movies). I've always wanted to learn some kind of fighting style to protect myself. I had high interests in learning(and I still kinda do) capoeira(cuz it looks fun as hell but dangerous) and pro wrestling( I always think of this character named King, my best and favorite character from the popular fighting game series Tekken, when I see the words "pro wrestling/wrestler).
