Firestone founder dies Harvey S. Firestone, founder of the Firestone Tire & Rubber Company, died in Miami Beach, Florida, at the age of 89. At the age of 31, Firestone developed a new way of manufacturing carriage tires and began production with only 12 employees. Eight years later, Henry Ford asked Harvey Firestone to provide the tires for the Ford Model T, and Firestone Tires became a household name. Firestone and Ford remained fast friends, but, unfortunately, neither man would live to see the marriage of their grandchildren and the legal union of their empires.
I enjoy surreal art and I throughly enjoyed your image. I have a big collection of surrealism / fantasy and I added it. I am fairly new to learning 3D art techniques to create my own and I just bought trueSpace which is exciting. I used other cheap and free packages before but I finally upgraded to a decent one.
Rammstein is a good band. An ex employee had me listen to a CD at work and they were heavy with a nice flow. Du Hast was the song if I remember correctly. I think I am biased for the older metal (late 80's--early 90's) as that is what I was rasied on in my late teen years. What is you're fav Rammstein CD?
