I didn't go to V Fest, just too much cash. Truthfully, I could have afforded it but my cousins couldn't have and they're the only people I had to go with.
Did you go to the Body Works show afterwards at the Science Center? I dunno, seeing cadavers seems kind of disgusting to me, lol.
To me, normal is just a term meaning what the majority of people fall into. So yeah, most people just fall into the normal category. But it's not a good or bad thing to be normal. And no one is normal in every category. I don't know, I guess I never really cared for normal or not. lol.
Hey Jez! You'll have to let me know how the V Fest goes. I think I'd totally have to go on Sunday though for STP. Turns out Scott Weiland did rejoin the group. They had so many hits early on.
I really appreciate you inviting me to the meetup, but I'm a big coward. I think being around a bunch of people I don't know would make me feel really awkward. Granted, I should be putting myself in those situations to get used to them, but yeah, don't think it's going to happen just yet, lol. Well, I hope you enjoy the Virgin Fest, there's certainly not a shortage of bands to see. Are you planning to go on both days? I can't imagine STP without Scott Weiland, but it seems unlikely he'd return, that's why I'm wondering who's doing the vocals.
I had a few Asian friends when I was in school, but they were all hesitant to talk about their culture. They just wanted to fit in and be American I guess, and I wasn't going to push them even though it interests me.

hey jezebel! sounds like you had a great time at the concert..i was supposed to go to Warped Tour this weekend with the family, but since me and my husband are getting divorced, that would be kinda awkward if i went too...so my daughter's friend went in my place...which is fine with me, since she's really into that type of music..but i am gonna miss going to the beach...they are heading to the Jersey Shore right now..they are gonna spend a couple days on the beach and then head back to Camden, NJ for the concert...i am dog sitting while they are away..which is fun, because i miss my doggies so much!! so, any idea where you want to move to?
Hiya Jez. I like family celebrations, but my family's fairly close-knit. It sounds like you grew up under different circumstances, so I can understand your differing opinion.
I doubt I'll be going to Virgin Festival. At the time of my last comment I wasn't aware that the admission fees were so steep. My cousins wouldn't be able to afford it and I'm certainly not going on my own, plus there's probably better things for me to spend my money on. It's kind of disappointing though.
Can you ask your bf a question for me? I'd like to know who's singing in STP now. :D
