Actually, these days I'm mostly reading self-help books... and I didn't think I'd be saying that at age 22.

I'm open to any good book suggestions, especially in non-Western modern history.

This is my first real grown up job too. Full time. Benefits. The whole shebang. It is rather nice to have a decent paycheck thats for sure!! :)

Yes I am very much a Cubs fan :)

I am hoping to get my own place maybe next year or the year after. It is just so much and you need a roommate.

Oh and ...

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory >>>>>> Charlie and the Chocolate Factory ;)

I lived here forever. I grew up a few blocks from Wrigley Field actually :)

Rent is freakishly expensive! I don't have my own place yet. I just got my first full time job so I am making a tad more money than I was working retail, heh.

Where are you working?

Future Chicagoan are you? I see its a job, that is awesome! Where were you from originally?

Yay for The Office! I just changed my tagline since i am currently obsessed with Twin Peaks.

If you have any questions regarding Chicago, don't hesitate to ask :)

I'm glad the Celexa is working for you. It seems the Paxil is helping me see the good side of things. I'm not depressed anymore. I have a lot to be grateful for but being miserable, I couldn't see it before.

I think you'll do fine at your new job :). My daughter had a great Birthday. It rained all day but she got lots of presents and had the whole family there. That made her feel special. Well, hope you're enjoying your weekend. :).

Am I symbolized by the awkward-looking skunk in the middle? I think that makes the most sense. Unless those extra long eyelashes are supposed to imply the skunk is female. 'Cause...well that'd be awkward.

Don't worry about not writing back, it happens. Even the self-aware robots that'll replace mankind in the not-too-distant future will occasionally fail to reply to electronic messages.

I have practically every chat program known to man...but not Gmail. I could GET Gmail, though. It's as simple as creating a Gmail e-mail address, right?
