hi im 39 live in australia..I have PTSD, Agora, Social anxiety, Panic disorder, , and live on dsp later in life certain incidents happend, trauma's , all in a space of 4yrs which i think triggerd major panic attacks, I started to self medicate but have gotten alot better at that although i do sometimes still, fast forward 7yrs and im learning slowly to handle them not an easy feat, Ive tried CBT to no avail they think it may be PTSD, althogh i keep at it relaxation .I try to get out the house as much as i can i exercise on my treadmill to help, I hate this disorder it feels like it took my life away and i feel like im powerless over it.... i know its small steps though Thanks and hooroo OJ

. i noticed you dropped by my page....i remember seeing your username quite a while ago but not since then. hope you are doing fine in the land down under (i know you are probably sick of hearing that phrase
