Recently, I was diagnosed with FM (Fibromyalgia) which have anxiety and depression as secondary symptoms. More about FM; click here (This article is missing a lot of things but still a very good one)

I love that excerpt from A Psychology of Fear: The Nightmare Formula of Edgar Allan Poe 'Carl Jung claimed that "it is just man turning away from instinct -his opposing himself to instinct- that creates consciousness." Consequently, the method for controlling irrational fear is to avoid further instinctual reactions and to concentrate on rationalizing. However, in a panic situation the victim automatically acts instinctually rather than rationally, and instead of remedying his problem and dispelling his fear he acts in a non-rational way that is likely to end catastrophically'
I am not saying this is what I do. I am posting it to share with you and to remind myself.

More about me. Caring sensitive understanding. Too cliche???? Well, that's me, what can i do?! ;)

This is my second time to be here on this site. I met a lot of decent and nice people on here. I would like to know that there are a policy or some criteria to allow people to sign up here, just to preserve the quality of this site, and to be sure that it is not gonna be another myspace in future...My experience with myspace was total failure that if I went back to signed up again, even Tom would be ashamed to be on my friend list. :)

Peace!
