I always thought I was just "quiet", it wasn't until I got married, and had kids that I realized it was bigger then just being "quiet". SA has effected most of my life, relationships, work, hobbies, and personal life.
I am making an effort to move forward in life, calling myself on my SA when it raises it's head. It's hard, and sometimes it's painful, but I'm making progress.
