ABOUT ME
I have lived with panic disorder and social anxiety my whole life but was only diagnosed in 2004. Since then it has been a very difficult uphill battle with meds and therapy on my road to recovery. I look to God, my family, motivational quotes and my friends on SAF for strength, courage, inspiration and support.

You have alot of words of encouragement here. I would like to follow these words someday. I think that such words can actually help people overcome the obstacles that life so cruelly hurls at us all. But in order to get help I guess you have to actually accept that help. So please keep up those words of inspiration for those who need help, for people like us, for people like me.^_^
