Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia have robbed me of too much for far too long. I had my first full-blown panic attack when I was 8, became emetophobic and agoraphobic when I was 22, and now at 45 I'm ready to do everything necessary - no matter how difficult or terrifying - to recover completely from this debilitating condition.
