judgement

As long as I can remember I've had difficulty with social situations. As a little girl I was extremely shy which made it for difficult for me to have any friends. The only type of friendship I did have was with my cousins growing up but by the time I reached third grade I moved away and didnt have anyone so I mostly kept to myself. High School was very hard socially. I did have one best friend but than at times she was sometimes not available to be around so again I kept to myself. Because of my anxiety I missed out on alot of interests and activites which shouldve been the most fun of all times. After high school I joined the Air Force but once again my anxiety crept in and I only lasted 5 years. Im a single parent. I have 3 girls ages 16 15 13 who I love dearly and keep me going every day. However, my anxiety keeps me from attending some of their functions like sports, afterschool activities and volunteering . Its hard being a soccer mom when your afraid to speak up to other parents.
