hey kent, things are good here in New York...how's life in Canada? the weather's been nicer the last few days here..low 70's with a light breeze...i love it!! my weekend has been pretty quiet..nice and relaxing..how about yours?

i might read that deepak book, i think i've heard of it somewhere... lately my anxiety is decreasing or maybe i'm just in a sleepy mood right now lol sooo it's almost like meditation. i'm not using SAF as much either, mostly checking out the gallery and blogs.
