I've read alot of books about anxiety and depression. I'm a big fan of all dean koontz books; As well as Micheal crichton. Loved the davinci code, as would any agnostic.

Hi everybody! Yeah I too suffer from SAD, anxiety and depression as well. I'm a 6'4 fairly attractive Bi-racial man. That being said, I've never fit in anywhere and don't have any friends. During these last 5 years I've been a heavy drinker, it been the only way I've been able to go out and meet people. It was fun in the beginning, but lately I've lost more friends than I've made and have had major legal problem because of it. I'm in the process of rebuilding my life, but I feel like if I don't learn to cope with SAD I'm doomed to keep making the same mistakes. So I'm looking to meet more people like myself. Learn more about the disorder, and meet some friends for life!
