hi thanks for the blog comment, i changed my mind for now and i decided not to see a therapist, i think the only person that can cure me is me and i guess i need more motivation. maybe i will see a therapist later on but not now. it's good that you decided your therapist was not a good fit, i think they're use to that kind of stuff and are not suppose to take it personally. i think people with SA are difficult to treat as all the negative thinking must be changed, mehhh right now i just wanna find some friends in my area that will help me deal with my issues because I find that some people (especially loud ones) increase my SA. anyways hope ur doing good!
