Just coming to terms with anxiety, but working to overcome and learn more about everyone's stories. I recognize the irony in social networking with social phobics but I figure you gotta start somewhere.

you are very nice, i want to take you to play some ping pong and to drink some coffee, maybe we can discuss some things, like turning to right before sa arrives, its that simple i think, today i experimented a new trick, how to dissociate yourself when in a tough situation, just make a movie while you walk, see yourself walking, that way you dont feel the anxious feelings, you step out of it so to speak. its very nice.
