I have been shy all of my life, but as I got older it became much worse. I was diagnosed with Social Anxiety at 13 and it has been a downward spiral since then. Now I'm just beginning to crawl out of the hole I've been digging for the last 7 years. I dont get on here that often, so if I dont respond right away, don't worry, I still love you! =)
