Last night, the chorus held a fund-raiser together with PFFLAG. It was held at the 88 Club in downtown, a nice little piano bar. The evening started out with Forte, the small ensemble singing. It was a fun evening, very informal with lots of talented people singing.
I'm not sure just why, but I got quite a few compliments last night. Everything from another chorus member telling me, "you look really cute tonight" to other chorus members that just walked up and put a an arm around me or a hand on the arm. I think that the other guys in the chorus may see me as comfortable to be around. I don't say much but I'm not judgemental either. Now if one of them just wanted a new boyfriend.
