i just returned from attending a gathering from meetup.com.
im currently on a new member of a group on there, and they just had the monthly meeting. it was confusing because there were three groups there. It was 1) a sci-fi group, 2) a pirates group, and 3) a harry potter group. it was confusing, and we started up late.
we didn't actually start until like 8pm when it says 7pm... of course people came late, and people were hungry so they left and to search for food, when i got there at 6:45 with carl's jr and i ate my food when i was sitting down, and not sure where the group was.
I was texting one of my contacts that is from the other group that i was a part of because she knows the leader of the sci-fi group, and trying to find where the group was meeting at. I knew it was outside of a restaurant.
we all went around the group to give the group intrudoctions so we know a little bit more about each other. I didn't talk much because i hardly know anyone there. stupid SA. i feel out of place. i pretty much kept to myself, sipping on my soda straw from carl's jr and just texting someone on my phone.
i feel like tonight was a complete waste, and i should have stayed home.
