I am constantly practicing the concept that my shynes/anxiety are internal which means its cause by internal factors. The biggest factor is my thinking. I believe in the concept that our thoughts and thinking determin our moods.
yes you're right, the power of positive/negative thinkin is amazin, how it can affect ure health n its so easy to think negative when ure feelin so down in the dumps. my councilour just kept sayin to me 'we really need to get rid of you're negative thought patterns' and shes right, its my main problem.
