Got out of the habit of coming here for some reason. I miss writing 10 pointless blogs a day haha I've been doing pretty good lately. Finally got serious about getting better. Keep pushing myself to do things that freak me out.. like going to stores myself, finally calling to switch psychiatrists, hanging out with my friend even when he has his other friends along.. stuff like that. Been getting better at not beating myself up over little things. Just have a more positive outlook in general :)
