Great to hear your having a good day and the accomplishments you have made! You go Girl!  Good for You!  Taking one day at a time or a minute at at time if you have to. I found this I had to do for a lifetime to get me through.  Smiles and Hugggs

Hi Smile,

Hope your eye exam goes OK.  I've had a lot of problems with my eyesight in the past.  I had to wear glasses from the age of 12 but about ten years ago I started to find it difficult to see even with the specs!  Then I got my eyes tested again and I found out that I was suffering from something called Keratoconus.  I'd never heard of it at the time and I was really worried.  Here's a page about it:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kerataconus

I had to start wearing a contact lens in my right eye (which had the better sight - I was virtually blind in my left eye) to correct the problem that my glasses couldn't.  Since then I've had a cornea graft on my left eye (which I had to wait 2 and a half years for, thanks to the NHS) and, although I still sometimes wear a contact lens, I'm able to see clearly wearing glasses again!

So hopefully your eyesight isn't as bad as mine became ten years ago but it's always a good idea to get something so important sorted out when you're young!

Hope everything else is going OK for you.  Drop me a line or send me a PM if you want to talk. :)
