Job hunting sure is tough. This is the first time I am outside of my confort zone when I was safe going to school or working at my parents restaurant.

Now this is over. I am 28 and hardly have any experience besides taking orders and wiping tables.

I went to a GAD group tonight cuz my therapist recommended going there in addition to the SA group. I was freaking out & most of the time I looked straight down at the handouts they passed out LOL It doesn't seem any different from the SAD group. Same format. Only real difference is that u write in GAD thoughts as opposed to SAD thoughts on the thought record sheets. My new Dr usual leads the group w/ another Dr, but my Dr wasn't there today.
