Ooooh my throat hurts!! I have strep throat that started wednesday morning but it got better during the day so I didn't think much of it. Thursday morning however, it came back and was worse. I went to work but I left early to go to the walk-in clinic and yep, strep throat was developing. I got some antibiotics now but they won't kick in for a few days. Now it is really hard to swallow my own spit! Meh... -.-
Look at the bright side, probabily will loose lots of weight! 
While I was waiting for my prescription, I went to go look at the PC games in London Drugs. Lots out there I didn't know were released! Anyway, grabbed myself "The Orange Box". Which include Half-Life 2, HL2 Episode 1 & 2, Team Fortress 2, and Portals. Might as well make the trip worth it! Do some gaming to forget about my throat!
I made some tea and went to try out "Portal" which is a new concept for the game developers. I enjoyed it so much that I didn't stop playing last night until I completed it. That's rare for me =P. Portals is a puzzle adventure game where you can make portals to solve unique challenges. If anyone likes those type of games.
I didn't go to work today because it is highly contagious at this stage. Besides, don't think I could work with me jumping every time I swallow due to the pain. I just hope I don't get a fever next because that is usually what happens after strep throat.
