I joined the gym 3 weeks ago and have been going 5-6 times per week since. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with anxiety/depression to get some physical exercise. I have noticed a real difference in my mood - especially directly after my work outs, but throughout the whole day as well. I am feeling better now than I have in a long time and I really believe the working out has played a big part in that. The high you get from working out is addictive Smile

I work out twice a week and I feel great afterwards. Its a good way to relieve stress during the day and relaxes you for the rest of the evening. Good to hear thats working for you.
