Anxiety has played a large part in my life, both the anxiety itself and my perceptions about it. But, my perceptions about it have changed and I would like to overcome the anxiety such that it is not such a major theme in my life.
As sufferers from anxiety I think we possess a sensitivity to others emotions, which can be overwhelming to us, but can also be harnessed in a postive way.
I'm on this site to contact others who have dealt with and/or are dealing anxiety, to provide support and friendship to each other. It would also be nice to meet up with some local people as face-to-face communication is something that we tend to avoid, and it would be nice to have some friends which actually understand what you are going through.

I've heard of the Office but not any of the others. Fawlty Towers and One Foot in the Grave were brilliant programs, the waiter in fawlty towers made me laugh. You used to live in england then? Cool, how come you moved to Australia? I would like to go to Australia one day.
