Hello, I have had S.A. since my teen years so that's quite awhile now. Hospitalized at 16....
I will tell you the rest of the hellish story if you really want to know.

just ask if you want to, but, it's pretty long.

One note: In the first video on this page, R.E.M., The singer/songwriter has had serious S.A. all his life too. He has been hospitalized for it as well -you can tell he has it. He is one of us...a brother in this fight if you will.

Loud people. People with lots of "confidence". Way, WAY too many laws against, about, almost everything. "political correctness". The smug-self-righteous type of anti-smokers. And this might sound strange for a guy, but any "team" sport and all sports on TV.

Beer contains ca. 40 mineral compounds which provide us with energy. The content of vitamins is high: 1 liter of beer provides ca. 200 mg of different vitamins, like B6 (35% the daily dose), B2 (20%), niacin (65 %) as well as A, D, E and H vitamins.
