I recently moved to Chicago so I love exploring the city and checking out museums, art galleries, and I spend a lot of time reading, exercising, cooking, watching movies and listening to music.

I don't like negativity. Obviously it has played a big role in creating Social Anxiety so I try to avoid it at all times.

Doing very well now after a couple of very bad years due to Social Anxiety. The workbook and CD's from the Social Anxiety Institute have really changed my life.
