It seems that there is a lot of interest in morning anxiety. I was curious about this because when my anxiety is the worst, its always in the mornings. So I decided to do a little research on my own...

I had the same issues before work as well. I hated waken up in the morning due to rapid heart beats and worry. I started back on my meds and it helped. I just try to keep moving which is sooooo difficult.

Generally everyone gets cranky in the morning(or whenever they wake) besides folks with morning anxiety. And why wouldn't they especially if they were having a peaceful rest/dream? Then they realize they're dream wasn't real after all and all their troubles and worries of reality come rushing back to them like a hurricane. This happens to me ALL the time(unless I have a nightmare).

I have a new medication that is causing me to have the most vivid cool dreams -they're in proper sequence like movies wih me in them. Now I'd rather just dream...It's a far better life in my sleep tha I have EVER experienced while awake.....sometimes they're in the future/the past/ different cities I have never been too...this stuff is AWESOME...

It's the hormone levels associated with waking up. We have a small flash of anxiety that triggers the body to come out of sleep. It's kind of like when you see a person snoring and then they stop while sleeping.
