yes how are you? What's daily life like for you? I'm getting by on a day to day basis, everyday feels like a struggle. Have you reached out for some kind of professional help?

It's social anxiety disorder, a fear of being rejected from a group, it's a natural instinct of the brain to have a need to fit in, in order to survive; it's been in humans since the cavemen days. There is an actual biological reason for it that can be seen in brain scans which show imbalances in areas of the brain. I've taken a ton of different medications but right now am on Celexa(anti depressant),Ativan (ant-anxiety), and Gabapentin(anti-seizure). It's weird how my anxiety literaly hit me one day. I was 16 in my math class taking a test; it was silent of course and i began to feel this huge pit in my stomach, all i could focus on was not letting my stomach let loose and groan really loud to embaress me. Ever since that day whenever the classroom became quiet, I would worry about this happening again.

This fear you have has nothing to do with your stomach, but with probably a fear of sensations of anxiety in your body. Some people are sensitive to anxiety sensations and therfore cannot tolerate the exact same sensations someone else might. When you feel your stomach, imagine someone that's drank too much coffee and feels jittery may feel, they don't interpret their increase in heart pounding as a sign of danger, but see it as something thats tolerable. There's actually an Asian name for the problems you and I may be facing that are directly related to eastern culture and cannot be found in the more common western approach to psychology. It's called taijin kyokufu sho, sorry i think i spelled it totally wrong; but this s.a.d. is more based on fears of shame, and disgust; something more strongly rooted in the asian environment, whereas westerners tend to have s.a.d. symptoms concering looking like a fool and embaressing themesleves in that way. It seems the former is much harder to treat with just exposure therapy. write me back with any thoughts about this!
