good music, spirituality, animals of any kind

rude and insensitive people. people who are intolerant and snap easily.

I'm 37 have been shy my whole life, taking meds since 24. Been trying to get by on as little meds as i can but not easy. Have been getting into spirituality in the last few years and making some sense of life. I used to party a lot but all good things must come to an end i suppose, it doesn't feel so good anymore walking into a night club when your'e in your mid thirties. Anyway alcohol doesn't seem to have much effect on me anymore so it's a good time to change. I used to fear God but now i know that He loves us all unconditionally and that the only thing we need to fear is our own guilt.

Hi there, glad you enjoyed your holiday, its great to leave all your issues behind and just be like a kid.

Ain't that the truth! It makes me kind of sad I'm an adult now, and wasted quite a bit of my formative years being afraid of people. Now I'm supposed to be an adult and I have no idea how to be one.

So apparently Doves aren't the smartest birds in the world. We have humming birds coming back around now, they were around in the early summer but disappeared for a bit. They're fun to watch. The sparrows haven't been as feisty this summer as I'm used to, or maybe I just haven't been around enough to watch them.

Hey Spirit! My vacation was excellent. I was very active the entire time, and I have the soreness and bruises to show for it. Now I'm a bit down I'll be going back to the same routine of sitting on my butt. I need to find activities to do at home.

Do the parent doves continue to stay at your windowsill?

Two of my favorite local bands bands here are Wolfgang and Bamboo. Wolfgang was gone after the 90's when the local rock scene died but they reunited for a one-time show in Jan. '07. Their drummer Wolf was not there though coz he's with Lokomotiv. I have some wolfgang songs in my profile if you'd like to check

Bamboo I think is like the most popular band in our country right now, lol. But it's all good though, coz the message of their music is able to reach more people. I'll try to add some in my profile. In the meantime, here are 2 sites you can check : )
Bamboo's official site
Bamboo at myspace

Oh, and if you would also like to hear Lokomotiv, here's their site. but some of the audio are in poor quality
Lokomotiv

Are a lot of concerts held there? Not a lot here in our city, booo! By the way, how are your doves doing? Say hi to them from me, lol. Take care!

Hey, I tried to send this message to you but your mailbox is full apparently. Take care:

Hello,

I used to take Paxil (a half to one a day depending on the period). It helped me immensely but I went off of it in October because I felt like it was time to let go of the crutch. I went off and on it at least 3 times over a period of 5 years approximately. My anxiety just started out of the blue one day about 5 years ago. It was awful and I resisted taking any meds because I grew up seeing my mom take stuff. But I'm glad I finally made the leap - it turned my life around. Since October I have had difficult times but we have plans to start a family and I can't go back on something. The program has been helping and I have an appt with a CBT specialist on June 30th. On bad days, I sometimes resort to taking Stresam which is a very mild sedative. I don't like taking it though because it makes me feel sluggish. Personally I think that something like Paxil or what you are thinking of taking is more effective and has fewer side effects than sedatives. You have to take them over a long term period everyday, but they really reduce the anxiety on a consistent level.

Hope you are well today and are enjoying the weekend.

Cheers!

Hey Spirit! The IRS isn't exactly something people are fond of here, lol. I guess the same is true for most countries. Do you ever have to give anyone the business when they don't pay up?

It is cool you can still see one of the babies. So the doves come back each year? We used to have the same couple of Robins in our tree every year, unfortunately the nest blew down during a wind storm.

I can't handle getting up when it's still dark. During the winter when I'd head to the bus stop it was hardly light out, I hated it. I actually don't mind winter in general though, I tolerate the cold much better than the heat. I can be sweating in a t-shirt while others are still wearing long sleeves.

I'm going to be gone for the next week, a bunch of my family's staying at a lake house. I plan to do some hiking. I hope you have a great week, talk to you when I get back. :)
