Watching funny shiz on Youtube. Reading is great. Yeah there's computer games and movies, but reading is awesome. Also I've taken up various exercies, some of which directly help my anxiety. Lastly, I'm interested in taking up a martial art - perhaps Wing Chun or Muay Thai.
