Alphaville- Forever Young
Lets dance in style, lets dance for a while
Heaven can wait were only watching the skies
Hoping for the best but expecting the worst
Are you going to drop the bomb or not?
Let us die young or let us live forever
We dont have the power but we never say never
Sitting in a sandpit, life is a short trip
The musics for the sad men
Can you imagine when this race is won
Turn our golden faces into the sun
Praising our leaders were getting in tune
The musics played by the madmen
Forever young, I want to be forever young
Do you really want to live forever, forever and ever
Some are like water, some are like the heat
Some are a melody and some are the beat
Sooner or later they all will be gone
Why dont they stay young
Its so hard to get old without a cause
I dont want to perish like a fading horse
Youth is like diamonds in the sun
And dimonds are forever
So many adventures couldnt happen today
So many songs we forgot to play
So many dreams are swinging out of the blue
We let them come true
Mostly college books, To Kill a Mocking Bird, Math books, you know the good stuff, lol.
I am facinated by rainforests, jungles, and space. So I read up on that sometimes. I would like to travel someday to see some of these things.
Understanding people, People who care, Blue (being my favorite color), The sound of a fan, lol. I don't really have any specifics when when it comes to girls. I don't believe in being picky because the one you let go may have been the love of you life. Looking for a nice, friendly and understanding girl.
TURN OFFS
Stuck up people (most people with SA may seem to be like this but you can usually tell the diffrence) , backstabbers, people who use you................... And so on
Your Social Anxiety Level: 44%
You have moderate social anxiety.
It's possible that you have a serious social anxiety problem.
But it's also likely that you can help yourself, by getting out more and trying new, scary activities.
No one's secretly judging you. So be yourself, and if you screw up, just laugh.
Hi, my name is Shawn. I'm 22 years old (I feel old now). Got the nick name "Opie" in 5th grade because I had freckles (Opie from the Andy Griffith show, Ron Howard). Not a fitting name now but it's ok. I have SA of course. It doesn't effect me in all the ways it could. For example I don't have a problem eating, drinking, talking on the phone in the public, driving... But when it comes to giving a presentation, reading out loud, or basically talking in front of a bunch of people or being the center of attention that's a totally different story.
I've had a rough teenage life, living with a step-dad who what a piece of shit. One day he left the house for good and wouldn't pay the bills on time(not that he did when he did live there.) Things were getting shut off he wasn't buying food for my mom (who is disabled) and sister so I had to step in. I worked as hard as I could but when you run out of propane, and have to hear you mom and sister complain about cold showers and so on it finally got to me. So I got an attorney for my mom and let the legal battle pursue, he really didn't have it good from the beginning since he had a girlfriend and was buying her things and so on while I was trying to stay on top of things at home. My attorney ripped through it easily (with 15 grand retainer fee, I got what I paid for.) It was settled about 7 months of hell later. It was agreed to sell the house and with that pay the bank off for that house and my step dad to buy my mom a condo, pay child support, and so on. Most of that is in the past now, so I look to the future.
I live in the small, small, small town next to other small towns, It's not bad. I currently live with my dad (Just moved here full time recently since my mom lost her house) and it is like less than 1/4 mile away from where I work which is convenient. I work at Kentrol INC. in North Lima in the fiberglass department. We manufacturer Fiberglass bodies and parts for Jeeps (CJ-5. CJ,7...) Bronco's, Scout's, Traveler's, and Scramblers. It's a very dirty job (as you can see from some of my pictures) But I like it.Check It out at www.kentrolinc.com.
When I'm not working, I run errands for my mom, watch movies, read any thing about health online, computer of course, study.... I'm in college right now full time, working on being a Radiological Technican. After that I plan to get my BA in MRI Tech. From there we will see. I am an easy person to get along with, I love to talk to people online so feel free to leave me a comment or message. I enjoy trying new things (Depends what it is after all I do have SA) So like getting ontop of a stage and dancing woudn't be one of my first choices, lol. My Myspace page for now it's ProTonicBlue531

You scored as Outcast. You are someone who doesn't belong in his main social area (work, school, the street) Has only a few friends, but usually doesn't really hang out with them. Your Someone who is told by his betters that he has wisdom beyond his years, but yout peers may make fun of you for it. But your heart is mature, calm and kind. Your never really do anything big for yourself, and most of the things you does are for other people.
You are a caring, kind, and selfless partner.
Unsurprisingly, your love style is the most rare.
You are willing to sacrifice your world for your sweetie.
Except it doesn't really feel like sacrifice to you.
For you, nothing feels better than giving to the one you love.
You know a lot about US history, and you're opinions are probably well informed.
Congratulations on bucking stereotypes. Now go show some foreigners how smart Americans can be.
Hey, sorry I didnt get back to u yesterday. My first day went well, I was just so tired by the time I got home. I had medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and keyboarding class and the teachers are great so I think I will like those classes a lot. Today, I had English and Math and for math, the teacher gave a ton of homework, unfortunately. And I really hate math. lol. Tomorrow is my last day this week because I have no Friday classes this semester, so I'm glad about that.
