"Two thumbs up" Ebert and Roeper are usually my guide to, (now NetFlix), movies. "The Triplets of Belleville" is great animation, (will add more later).

Honorable mention, I suppose, would be Led Zeppelin, Iggy Pop, White Stripes, Faces, NIN, etc. (Right now I'm real tired of all of the above, so I guess I'm fickle).

Al Franken, and Ian Kerner, Ph.D have some real helpful books. I'm reading epic fantasy: "Eye of the World" series.

Likes: Some free time online.. a kind, wise, smart person.. different cultures and Europe.. some national politics.. a bike ride and a good gym.. some water volleyball.. a "two thumbs up" movie.. a roomy Toyota Echo.. some new balance sneakers.. someone making up for my shyness... Dislikes: Unreasonable people, mean people.

I also have social anxiety, with generally a little depression. I've been using wellbutrin, which puts a better spin on the day, if you are chemically depressed a bit. It's like a ten hour subtle "cup of coffee, with a little magic". I try to be positive, and feel that this is a good place for that. I like to IM, now.
