The last four years I have struggled with severe social anxiety and that I have found that learning to love myself for who I am and combination of getting my family out of space on an energetic level, I have been able to find some peace. But then theres those pesky little unconsious thoughts that sneak in and bring me back where I've started. So Its an ongoing struggle! But when I've overcome it Im free!The key is to not resist but be neutral. That is what I'm trying to do! I have just found out that I am a thrift shop slut. I love snuggling with my cats.I like to have my mornings to my self unless it involves hot sex. Im pretty much a loner. I love going for runs in the country. Im crazy in love with animals. I am very stubborn and I am usually right about everything except when politics are involved I just stay out of that nothin.

yeaa cats are cute too, and better for hugging than little rats lol

It didn't end the way i really need it, hoever the fight its not over,. Hey its ok to feel negative but its not when overdose, if you think you can't, then the battle is over. Give yourself a permission to experience fear and think of it as an excitement, it doesn't matter what more can you lose, it will go away panicky feelings is same as being excited you can't tell the diffrence, just talk to yourself, Hey i might have a bad day this morning but things are gonna be better starting when i take a bath. :)

hy sorry for my abrupt commenet, if there is a word hehhe, how are you doin today? i just slept from a LOoooooNg day, and missed a party, it wasn' bad, atleast i got my energy back.

we're goign to be good, just be happy and stay possitive, you know it makes a difference rather than being a pessimistic. it helps me in a way. :)
