You Are 64% Shy

You are a very shy person, and it has started to impact your life in a negative way.

If you can avoid human contact, you usually do. And as a result, you miss out on a lot.

You Can Change Your Life, But It Won't Be Easy

You really, truly want to change. You're just not sure that you can do it.

You need a solid plan, supportive friends, and a strong will.

Think about times you've made hard changes, and what you did to get through them.

A change is in your future - you just need a little help getting started.

Your Social Anxiety Level: 76%

You have high social anxiety.

You have a pretty serious social phobia, and it effects your life more than you may realize.

It's possible that you've made yourself comfortable by avoiding situations you dread.

But don't be fooled - you still probably need professional help.

I think i've probalby struggled with this for most of my life. I've always been known as the "shy one" I find it difficult to hold coversations with anyone really.
Recently i went away wit hte uni to london and on the last day one of my room mates said "i hope we werent too loud for you" all i said back was no i was good, or something like that but what i really thought was it was ######## awsesome, u let me hang out with you and kept an eye on me when i got a bit too drunk. but yet i still managed to $&#^% it all up by barely saying 2 words the entire time. They were all really friendly, in fact everyone was, but i just couldnt keep it going no matter how much wanted to. I just cant think of anything to say.
I don't want it to hold me back as i feel its stoping me from getting the most out of life.I really do want to go out and experience different stuff but i feel theres something holding me back that i dont understand.

Hi Henrietta!
I watched the Eurovision last night as tradition dictates :-) Very disappointing! I was actually hoping that Greece would win but Russia had the advantage with the political voting. the sooner we go back to a jury system the better. The UK did not deserve to come near the end. I wonder is it time to a have a breakaway contest. The amount of votes that I was able to predict including Irelands due to the amount of Poles amd Lativans now living here. ( No disrespect to those nationalities). I just think when you live away from home it is the natural thing to do cast a vote for your own country :-0
the voting was much more exciting years ago. Yeah I'm a Man Utd fan. I was actually born there so I have always followed them even when they went through the lean times in the 80's. Actually I wrote to Fergie in the late 80's when he was threatened with being sacked. I still have the letter :-)
