Thanks for the reply. Did you say you were flying since you were 15? OMG they let you fly but they wont let you have your drivers licen.LOL I remember shortly after sep 11 a 15yrs old flew his family plane from St petersburg over clearwater internationl/then over macdill airforce base then into a building. The airforce didnt see him but said they did so after they got embarassed that a 15yrs flew thru their airspace unnoticed.

I dont know about ever getting a piolets licen at this age but it was alwase my fist dream job. I even took the airforce test but didnt pass. I had also wante to be an aircraft mechanic but didnt have the money at the time.

You mentioned about the wake turbalence but I thought it was just a myth because I go to the air port every day almost since its down the street and my P.O box is located there. Anyway I see jets departing one after the other maby only 30seconds apart so I thought the wake turbelence was just a myth. Also why do air ports at sealevel have shorter runways than airports at hot dry locations?

Hi thanks for the link. Are you realy that young? Anyway I found the charts but they are way over my head.LOL They did give me a general idea of what i wanted. I had an aviation radio but never understood the chatter like "united heavy" "desend to four one thousand" "36right 36left" contack miami center" and on and on. I was expecting regular conversation.

Anyway as you can tell I love jets. Ever since i was a kid and saw a jet flying high above with the contrail i think it was probaly a 707 or dc 8. Any way I fell in love with aircraft. Then I moved to the states and would see a few stray jets on final to tpa and i was even more intruge.

They my parents by shere coincedence bough a new house under the final aproach to tampa international and I was total love. My family hated it but I remember spending 8 to ten hours just sitting with a blank piece of paper documenting every fligh I saw. How I found the time Ill never know but I found it.

To top all of that off we all so have an airforce base close by too which back in those days had a fighter jet squadren; so I was living in avation heaven.

Unfortunately I no longer get to see small aircraft like I use to even tho I realized we have tons of small airports next to tampa but I guess since I live down the street from the airport they dont fly next to the flight paths.

I am so jelous of you LOL your living my childhood dream. But back then i wasnt too fond of hights. I hope you keep posting your gallery. I am still waiting for you to up load some nice youtube aviation vids
