I am more than just a social phobic...I am a recovering social phobic...lol but really I am just trying to find that balance and learn to deal with the many fears I have...The onset was severe at the age of 17...I am 22 now and it has become manageable...after a year of zoloft and xanath the severity subsided...and counseling helped too...I haven't been on meds in years...I really don't want to get back on...maybe I will have to....If you have any other questions hit me up aim kelliessence yim lady_black973

hey sorry i just saw your comment on my blog..yeahh they are better..but on that moment of my life everything went like a smack in the face beacuase all those things happeniing to me in a short period of time was hard. but yeah im better and i'll be even better once i start school and keep my mind busy. take care

Wow that's neat! :D Yeah antidepressents and cognitive behavioral therapy have worked very well for me. But I know that you don't want to go back on medication. Still there are a lot of natural herbs and chinese tonics that work just as well and are way healthier than antidepressents. :) You should do a portrait of me. lol Have a nice weekend! :D
